At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
